1. Overview

These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (“Terms”) govern your use of myke, a desktop application that includes a virtual audio driver and related software components.

By downloading, installing, or using myke, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

2. What myke Does

myke installs:

• A desktop application, and

• A virtual audio driver that allows myke to appear as a microphone in third-party applications (such as voice chat, streaming, or conferencing software).

  
  

The virtual audio driver is:

• Installed solely to support myke’s functionality

• Microsoft-signed

• Removed automatically when myke is uninstalled

  
  

myke does not monitor, record, or transmit your audio except as necessary for its intended functionality.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use myke only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and platform terms.

You may not:

• Use myke to violate the rights of others

• Use myke for malicious, deceptive, or harmful activities

• Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the software except where permitted by law

  
  

4. Software Status & Disclaimer

myke may be released as pre-release, beta, or early-access software.

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure stability and safety, myke is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. SAMEpg, LLC is not responsible for data loss, system issues, or third-party software conflicts resulting from use of myke.

You are responsible for ensuring myke is compatible with your system before installing.

5. Information We Collect

When you download myke, we may collect:

• Your email address

• The date and time of download

myke may be offered in multiple editions, including a free edition (myke Free) and one or more paid editions (myke Pro).

Downloading and installing myke does not grant access to all features. Certain functionality may require a separate license or activation.

License terms, feature availability, and limitations may vary by edition and may change over time.

11. Ownership & Licensing

myke and all related components are owned by SAMEpg, LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use myke in accordance with these Terms and any applicable license terms for your edition of the software.

This license does not grant ownership of the software.

myke includes third-party and open-source software components, which are subject to their own licenses and acknowledgements available within the application.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to myke if these Terms are violated.

You may stop using myke at any time by uninstalling the software.
